Producing Procedure ofInspection Surface Plate:
1. Rough casting:
Make drawings according to the technicalrequirements-Making mold as per the drawings-Prepare material-Modelling-Fillingsand-Drying-Casting-Surface cleaning -Casting parts testing.
First time Heat treating toeliminate the internal stress
3. Rough machining:
Machining as per the drawing-Casting Parts’ inspection and test.
4. Second time Heat treatingand aging treatment, to eliminate the internal stress
5. Precision finishing:
Leveling -Scraping- Finalinspection and testing.
6 .Final finish:
Painting- Packing-deliver towarehouse.
The accuracy of the Cast IronSurface Plate refers to the deviation from flatness of the working surface andit shall be classified as Grade 0,1,2,3.
