进口常闭电磁阀
美国米勒（MILLER）品牌- 进口常闭电磁阀当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开;当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。广泛应用在航天、船舶重工、石油化工、给排水、消防设备、食品医疗设备、清洗设备、景观喷灌、加湿设备、液压设备、测试设备、水厂等,工作压力在0—100MPa的管道系统中。
产品特点：
阀芯均为不锈钢活塞式，活塞环不会被介质中的杂质卡死，动密封性能高,寿命长；活塞与金属阀腔不产生直接摩擦，阀体安装向无限制；专制线圈，不易烧毁；长时间停止动作重新启动，动作同样灵敏；最低启动工作压力0.5MPa。

工作原理：
常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开；当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。
常开：当线圈通电时，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。
注：出口端压力大于进口端压力，介质会反向导通。可安装止回阀或订制自带止回功能的阀。

How it works:
NC:When the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull the pilot hole to open,pressure relief valve on the chamber, the piston on the lower chamber mediumpressure to promote, the electromagnetic valve is opened; When the coil power,the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole closed throttle valve chamberpressurized by the piston return spring and thrust, the electromagnetic valveis closed.
Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closed, the valvechamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, theelectromagnetic valve is closed. When the coil power, the pilot valve by thespring return, pilot hole open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, thepiston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote the solenoid valve open.
Note: The outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, themedia will pass anti-wizard. Can be installed or custom built non-return valvefunction of the valve.
电磁阀控制方式选择：
常闭型电磁阀指线圈断电时，电磁阀关闭；线圈通电时，电磁阀打开。
常开型电磁阀指线圈断电时，深圳名阀电磁阀打开；线圈通电时，电磁阀关闭。
我们可以根据持续工作时间长短来选择：常闭、常开、或可持续通电
1、当电磁阀需要长时间关闭，并且关闭的时间多于开启的时间应选用常闭型。
2、当电磁阀需要长时间开启，并且开启的时间多于关闭的时间应选用常开型。
3、需要长时间开启的同时又要长时间关闭时，要选自保持式电磁阀，也叫常开常闭型电磁阀。
4、但是有些用于安全保护的工况，如炉、窑火焰监测，则不能选常开的，应选可长期通电型。
5、用于燃气警报系统，要选用常开型的燃气紧急切断电磁阀，带手动开启。
